At Parklea Pets, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Any tags or accessories must be included where applicable.
- You must provide proof of purchase or order details.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase following our return process. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
